Circular Symphony
24″ x 36″ x 3/4″
When I first began painting, I noticed each morning these little dried up paint circles at the top of my paint tubes from the day before. I thought they were the cutest things- each their own unique shape and size. As crazy as it felt, I just couldn’t throw them away. I saved them for a month or so until I had an even “crazier” idea- to glue them to a canvas. Once I glued down the base layer consisting of piano music that I painted yellow, I was ready to begin. Almost four years later, I completed this canvas- and immediately began an even bigger one! The piano music and paint circles wrap around the canvas.
